Sample Collection Instructions to take the test:
1. No eating or drinking for 30 minutes before taking the sample.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
3. Open the kit and make sure there is no contact with any other surface.
4. ⁠Place the swab as far back as possible, rubbing the cheeks gently 12 times on each side (do not rub the teeth).
5. ⁠Place the swab inside the labelled tube with liquid and seal it securely.
6. ⁠Shake the tube for 30 seconds and place it in the envelope.
